As a manager in commercial business, I led successful teams by seeing and drawing out the unique talent in each person - even a few who others had written off. Treating vision and strategy building as team pursuits proved that the best results always come from collaboration.

Management can be a lonely profession, but none of us can do it alone. The managers and mentors who challenged and believed in me had a lasting influence on my management practice and professional competence, inspiring my work in management development and professional coaching.

Not all managers have the time or resources to access conventional approaches to personal development, so to solve this problem we combine corporate training and learning technologies with executive coaching.
